Our insurance company required a security system for coverage and Red Flag Security very quickly installed an extensive system in our new home. It was a big job as we had opted to have all our windows and doors protected with both glass-break and contact sensors along with motion detectors on each floor. Despite this, Red Flag was able to order, receive and install the required equipment in short order. Service was friendly, efficient and professional. The monitoring service responded promptly when a malfunction with our electrical system accidentally set off a fire alarm. The final bill for the equipment was more than reasonable and the monthly monitoring fee is significantly lower than with our previous security company. We are very happy with the service and equipment that Red Flag Security provides and would not hesitate to recommend them.

After having many problems with several computers in our office, I contacted RedFlag Security to come in and advise us how to proceed with solving these issues. We had tried several other companies to try and resolve our technical issues but found that most of these companies were more interested in up selling their services than dealing with our immediate problems. We have now been using RedFlag Security for about a year and have found that since we took their advice and did the minimal upgrading that was necessary we now have a much more reliable system. Working within our constraints RedFlag Security was able to assist us to purchase the proper equipment needed to keep us up and running at minimal costs to us. Our weekly computer problems are now in the past, when a small issue does arise it is dealt with expeditiously. I would highly recommend Compuwise based on their customer service and experience in dealing with small and medium size businesses.
